1. Return Conditions

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if your product meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item is defective due to manufacturing issues (e.g., dry ink, broken tip, leaking, etc.)

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item, color, or quantity was delivered

⚠️ The product must be unused, with original packaging, labels, and proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The product packaging or label is missing or damaged

  • The request is made more than 7 days after receiving the order

  • The product was purchased under a “non-returnable” promotion

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Policy

  • A refund will be issued if a replacement product is not available or if you prefer not to exchange.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after confirmation of eligibility.

5. Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is caused by LCB Group (manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of preference (wrong color chosen, want to exchange for another model, etc.), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
